ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN – AGB (DE)

1. Geltungsbereich  
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über den Online-Shop CALIENNA.

3. Vertragsschluss  
Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Der Vertrag kommt durch Bestätigung per E-Mail oder Versand der Ware zustande.

4. Preise und Zahlung  
Alle angegebenen Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.  
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden.

5. Lieferung  
Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL an die vom Kunden angegebene Adresse.  
Lieferzeiten:  
Deutschland 2–4 Werktage  
EU 3–7 Werktage  
International 7–14 Werktage

6. Eigentumsvorbehalt  
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum von CALIENNA.

7. Widerrufsrecht  
Für unsere Schmuckprodukte besteht kein Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB (Hygieneartikel und versiegelte Waren).

8. Gewährleistung  
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.

9. Haftung  
Wir haften nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit.

10. Anwendbares Recht  
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

1. Scope  
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the online shop CALIENNA.

3. Conclusion of Contract  
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by email or shipment of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment  
All prices include statutory VAT.  
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery  
Shipping is carried out via DHL to the address provided by the customer.  
Delivery times:  
Germany 2–4 business days  
EU 3–7 business days  
International 7–14 business days

6. Retention of Title  
The goods remain the property of CALIENNA until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal  
There is no right of withdrawal for our jewelry products in accordance with German law §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB (hygiene and sealed goods).

8. Warranty  
Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability  
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.

10. Applicable Law  
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
